Log on to www.associations-update.com for the Encyclopedia of Associations (National Organizations; Regional, State and Local; International Organizations). |

On the left side of the screen, enter your Username or Permanent Entry Number (PEN) and your Password in the appropriate fields. Immediately after logging in, you will be able to view your organization’s profile as it appears in the Encyclopedia. |

Read your organization’s information |

| 4.1 |
IF THERE ARE NO CHANGES, |
| |
a) |
Click on the No Change button at the bottom of the page |
| |
b) |
Fill out the Visitors’ Contact Information page with your Name and Email Address |
| |
c) |
Click on the Save button before ending your session – the sign out link is found on the left side of the page |

IF THERE ARE CHANGES, |

a) |
Click on the Continue button at the bottom of the page. |
| |
b) |
Fill out the Visitors’ Contact Information page with your Name and Email Address. |
| |
c) |
After filling out the information on the Visitors’ Contact Information page, click on the Save button. |

d) |
Begin editing your organization information. |

Please remember to save every page that you made changes to before moving on and clicking on the Next button. |

You also skip and pick particular screens by clicking on the links found at the left side of the page |

After editing your listing, you may either click on the Save button, or the Submit button. Clicking on the Save button saves your changes and allows you to go back to your profile at another time to review and make more changes to your listing. Clicking on the Submit button locks your listing and you will no longer be able to make changes until the next update cycle. |

Click Associations Update Summary link found on the left side of the page to review your information. |

Sign-Out. |
